The hotel offers spacious rooms with two bathrooms and a separate seating area, although they do need some refurbishment. The customer service was a mix of very friendly and helpful attitudes but also instances of rudeness. The location is great, with an amazing view and lots of nearby attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food but also some disappointing meals.
I stayed at this hotel on the beach, near restaurants, and it was cool and quiet. The room was spacious with a balcony, but the nightclub noise disturbed our sleep. The advertised amenities were not accurate, with ice water in the pool, limited breakfast options, and slow service for coffee or tea.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the location was fantastic, being in the golden zone close to everything. However, the proximity to the nightclub made it impossible to sleep due to the loud volume of the band playing. The room was spacious and clean, but being next to the elevator was a bit inconvenient.
